Listen, Learn, and Power On

Help me give my students comfortable headphones for them to use with technology.

My Project

I am a new teacher with 19 first-grade students who use iPads daily for instructional use. I currently only have 7 chargers for I-pads and this makes it difficult to keep every student’s device charged when we are out of school unexpectedly, such as during snow days. In addition, I have several students who do not have headphones for their iPads and cannot provide them with any options to listen to their iPads. Receiving these supplies would allow my students to work on various interactive instructional programs on their iPads.

Fueling Focus: Classroom Rewards & Celebration Supplies

Help me give my students the fuel they need to end the year out strong Fueling Focus: Classroom Rewards & Celebration Supplies.

A positive classroom environment is essential for academic growth. My students thrive when they have tangible ways to celebrate their hard work. The Treasure Box serves as a powerful motivator for positive behavior and academic risk-taking. When students earn tokens for helping others, finishing assignments early, or showing resilience, they get to pick a prize. This system teaches delayed gratification and self-regulation.

Additionally, celebration supplies and snacks play a vital role in building community.

Sharing a treat after a major unit test or a class goal creates a sense of belonging and reduces stress. These moments of joy recharge our batteries, allowing us to return to learning with renewed focus and enthusiasm. Without these supplies, my ability to recognize individual effort and foster a supportive community is significantly diminished.

Clean, Safe, and Ready to Learn

Help me give my students a continuing supply of cleaning supplies for a clean safe learning environment.

My Project

My students thrive in a structured, clean and supportive environment, but maintaining that space requires essential supplies we often run out of quickly. Items like paper towels, baby wipes, disinfecting wipes, and tissues are critical for daily routines, hygiene, and health–especially for students with special needs who may require additional support with personal care. These materials help us respond quickly to spills, maintain sanitary conditions, and reduce the spread of illness.

With your support, we can ensure our classroom remain a a safe, welcoming place where students can focus on learning, building independence, and reaching their full potential every day.

Hands on Allstars

Help me give my students hands-on materials so they can learn while engaging.

My Project

I am a teacher for student with different abilities. Neurodiverse learners often require multiple sensory inputs (visual, tactile, and kinesthetic) to retain information. Materials like textured graphics or 3D models engage the sensory and motor-related parts of the brain, which research shows can lead to better retention and higher test scores. Hands-on task materials, such as independent task boxes, are designed to teach students to work without constant adult prompting. This builds self-esteem and essential life skills by allowing them to master skills at their own pace. Students with learning disabilities often struggle with abstract ideas. Physical manipulatives—like blocks, sorting bins, or tactile letters—make these concepts tangible, allowing students to “see and touch” the information to improve comprehension. We appreciate all the support with our project.
